Shipping policy

- Processing: orders processed within 24h; weekend/holiday orders ship next business day  (usually 2–3 working days); no Sat/Sun deliveries
- Cost: free delivery in Malta & Gozo over €50, €5 fee under €50
- Signature required on delivery
- International: does not ship outside Malta & Gozo (this is the line that confirmed your Malta-only VAT setup)
- Issues: contact customer service Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 within 48h; refunds/returns handled under the Terms & Conditions
